Previously, the flight search experience on Copilot was entirely text-based. Through iterative design, we evolved this into a structured interface by introducing a comprehensive tickets table paired with an interactive side pane.

By cleanly surfacing granular flight details and direct booking options, the new UX establishes deeper user trust and streamlines the end-to-end booking funnel.

*This project is currently in an experimental pilot phase with limited access for initial testing only.

High-Scannability Layout: The core AI response aggregates ticket options into a clean table structure, utilizing a prominent badge to guide the user's eye to key value propositions.
Context-Aware Detail Pane: Activating the side pane reveals a deep-dive view, dynamically surface-leveling critical ancillary information like baggage allowances, layover details, and immediate checkout options.
